1. Description of the service

StrateForge (accessible at strateforge.app) is an online platform for building, testing and deploying trading strategies without writing any code, on cryptocurrencies as well as on stocks, ETFs, indices, currencies (forex) and commodities depending on the brokers connected. The service includes a strategy builder, a backtesting engine, forward testing, PineScript/QuantConnect/MQL5 export, as well as artificial intelligence and automated trading features.

2. Acceptance of the terms

By accessing StrateForge or using its services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the platform.

3. Disclaimer — No financial advice

StrateForge is a technical tool for building and testing strategies. The platform does not provide any investment advice, financial advice, or trading recommendation. Trading, whether in cryptocurrencies or in any other asset offered (stocks, ETFs, indices, currencies, commodities), carries significant risks, including the total loss of the invested capital. Every trading decision is made under your sole responsibility.

3 bis. Nature of "copy trading"

StrateForge's marketplace and "copy trading" features are based on a mirror of signals and simulated positions (paper trading). They perform no real-money order execution on behalf of one user based on another user's activity. Following a signal publisher constitutes neither portfolio management nor investment advice.

3 ter. Exchange API keys

Automated trading requires you to entrust StrateForge with API keys issued by your execution venue. These keys are encrypted and used exclusively to execute the strategies you have yourself configured and enabled.

StrateForge carries out no withdrawal, transfer or remittance of funds, and holds no power of disposal over your assets.

It is your responsibility to restrict your API keys' permissions to what is strictly necessary to place orders, and to exclude any withdrawal or transfer right. You may revoke these keys at any time, both from your execution venue and from your StrateForge account.

4. Registration and user account

To use StrateForge, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and accept these terms as well as the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account.

5. Subscriptions, payments and refunds

StrateForge offers free and paid plans (Pro, Pro+, Elite). Prices are displayed on the Pricing page in one of the available billing currencies — Swiss franc (CHF), US dollar (USD), euro (EUR) or pound sterling (GBP) — the one applicable to your account being shown there. Payments are processed by our provider Stripe; we do not store any bank card data. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually depending on your choice) and renew automatically until cancellation.

Money-back guarantee: any first paid subscription may be fully refunded if the request is sent to contact@strateforge.app within 14 days of the first payment. After this period, the subscription remains active until the end of the period already paid; no pro-rata refund is made for a period already started, unless mandatory legal provisions require otherwise.

You can cancel the renewal at any time from your account; access to paid features remains available until the end of the current period.

European Union consumers: the statutory fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal provided by Directive 2011/83/EU remains yours and is neither replaced nor limited by the commercial guarantee above. Where you request immediate access to the service during that period, you owe the amount corresponding to the service already supplied at the time of withdrawal.

6. Intellectual property

All StrateForge content (source code, design, texts, logos, trademarks) is the exclusive property of StrateForge or its licensors. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution or use is prohibited. The strategies you create remain your intellectual property.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes
Attempt to bypass security measures or plan limitations
Deliberately overload the servers or infrastructure
Resell access to your account or to the platform's data
Use bots or automated scripts to access the service in an abusive manner

8. Limitation of liability

StrateForge is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that backtesting results will reflect real market performance.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, StrateForge's total liability, on any cause of action whatsoever, is limited to the amounts actually paid by the user under their subscription during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the damage.

This limitation does not apply in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor to injury to life, body or health.

StrateForge executes no trading decision on the user's behalf: investment decisions, their configuration and their supervision are the user's sole responsibility.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from your profile settings or by contacting support. StrateForge reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in the event of a breach of these terms, without notice or compensation.

10. Modification of the terms

StrateForge reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes by email or via a notification on the platform. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the competent Swiss courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
